We are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic BD, Marketing & Comms team. This role is central to implementing marketing strategies and supporting business development efforts. You will work closely with assigned teams and divisions, providing support in the development and delivery of sector-specific marketing campaigns. The role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, delivering high-quality campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Due to the nature of the role the candidate must be able to drive and have access to a car. 

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
•  Campaign management: Assist in the creation, implementation, and coordination of sector-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
•  Content collaboration: Work with the digital and design teams to create sector-specific content and marketing assets.
•  Event coordination: Plan and support events, including managing logistics, creating promotional materials, and evaluating outcomes.
•  Performance monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, offering recommendations for optimisation.
•  Stakeholder engagement: Liaise with partners and stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with the broader business strategy.
•  Administrative support: Manage marketing and business development administration tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
•  Ownership and accountability: Take full responsibility for marketing and business development projects, from concept to delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.

Essential skills and experience:
Marketing expertise:
o  Proven experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
o  Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Communication and collaboration:
o  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o  Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Project management:
o  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
o  Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Analytical skills:
o  Ability to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
o  Proficiency in data-driven decision-making to optimise marketing efforts.
Technical skills:
o  Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
o  Basic design or content creation skills would be an advantage.

Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 depending on candidate experience and qualifications
